Letter To a Friend
Got myself this piece of paper
Nothing came to mind
Didn't have a clue
What should I write
Where to begin, where to end
I only knew it's supposed to be
A letter to a friend
Though I never had the pleasure to meet her in person
Perhaps I never will
But knowing I have such a kind person as a friend
Gives me such a thrill
For the holidays she sent a card for me
It made me realize how beautiful life can be
I know this will give me hope till the very end
So I sat down and wrote
A letter for my beloved friend
