lets let him into the Halloween parade

flower banded mummy appeared over the edge
see those roses peeking just a bit over that hedge?
It’s that mummy trying to get in the Halloween parade.
Let’s let him in I told them. I am not afraid.

They did let him in, and he stole the show.
He won the title, and he wore it just “so”.
Dracula and disappointed dragon were angry about it all day.
I walked him to his crept, to make sure he got away.
