Let's Go and Spread the Good News
there were two words that my father said of which I was to young to discern
the two words, "let's go" of which I have since learned
sometimes they meant "let's go" to the park where we would have some fun
but at other times it meant "let's go" to work and get the job done
when the Lord God said "let's go" it was a direct command
to go out and spread the gospel to all the nations of the land
He asked this one task and gave His express permission
for you to evangelize the "good news", to partake in The Great Commission
to witness for the Lord and tell your testimony
to let people know about His generosity
to work for the Lord God by obeying His command
to worship Him Who is the shade upon thy right hand
so "let's go" and get on board
the gospel train of the Holy Lord
and whenever the Lord Jesus Christ says "let's go"
there are a few things that you need to know
to possess and attitude of gratitude when He calls your name
to give Him all the glory as He died for our sin and shame
to be thankful and appreciative, to repent and to atone
and to remember that He will never leave you all alone
for Jesus will equip you and He'll always have your back
He'll be your source of strength when the enemy attempts to attack
and whenever the Holy Spirit says "let's go", there's no time to stop and pause
you're in the midst of spiritual warfare and you're fighting for the cause
it won't always be a pleasant job or a mere walk in the park
it might be a difficult task that will leave you blind and in the dark
it might even place you in a precarious situation
just have no fear, trust in Him to give you spiritual preparation
so make the time, take the time, get up and "let's go"
follow in the Spirit and then tell the devil hell no
listen to the little voice, it's the Spirit talking to you
specifically telling you what God wants you to do
come out of your comfort zone, be motivated to evangelize
tell all the nations about God's eternal prize
then baptize the people in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost
"LET'S GO" AND SPREAD THE "GOOD NEWS" wherever it's needed the most
