Let's Go

Anyone for a picnic
Grab some food, let's go
There's no sense in sitting around
We're not getting any younger ya know

Load the trucks
Fill up will fuel
Grab a jack
We always need that tool

Ice chest full of drinks
Music is in the air
Do we know where we are going
Does anyone even care

Camera with good batteries
Tow rope in hand
Sunsceen for the tender skin
Lawn chairs for when we land

A flashlight as always
Blankets just in case
Making it back before sunset
Is always a losing race

A day to do nothing
But have a good time
Family and love all around you
Is worth leaving the chores behind
