Lethargic Gallery

"Lethargic Gallery" by David Lustrup 2017 Amid this desolation My blood has stopped, there is no pressure The last sweet drop of light, is gone with you Extinguished angels look at me, telling me goodbye I fall from heaven’s grace Into an endless night Fantastic threads of light and shade From stars that kiss the nights embrace A thousand tears fall on the seas In this lethargic gallery It hurts to say that death arrives It hurts me to the end. Transfusion for this bone dry heart, To fill my life again… Swimming in hallucinations The moonlight shines upon you now A tragic tale of imagination When all the stars are falling down How will I find your light to guide me I reach my hand from this frozen grave I feel the wind upon my fingers I reach for you but there’s just snow……
