Let Us Be Friends

i was born to be a warrior
as is our tradition.from birth i was handed the sword and spear
i was 14 when i empaled the first man pinning him through the head to the ground who
dared to terrorze our village. i have killed a thousand more since in battle.my father made
me strong ,yet he taught me to bend my knees before my God and love all men.and so i
cherish life with a jelouse regard he who comes to me with spear or sword will know mine.he
who comes with bread will share mine.
my father has taught me love but he has also trained my hands for war.
let him who has ears hear.
i feed the hungry and care for the sick
i crack the jaws of the lion and set free it's prey.
i am tward him who is humble
but the proud shall know the end of my spear.
