Let Us Be Free

The music is my destiny it
brings out the best in me
when I'm in the booth its
like I can feel everything
my senses getting
heightened no longer
feeling frightened its just
me and the mic got me
feeling enlightened
providing inspiration to the
shortsighted the non
believers the and the
people that lose their
dreams, desires and life
ambitions gotta make that
mental connection see
your soul's reflection see
that you were made with
perfection no
transgression against
yourself just gotta believe
and you will achieve that
ultimate wealth what you
sow so shall you reap the
benevolence of being
financially free providing
the future of today better
opportunities removing the
crime off the streets coz
Madiba fought so we can
all be free and live in
harmony. Peace and
prosperity
So

Let us be free to be great in
whatever our minds
conceive Let us achieve the
Greatness that God has
made us to receive believe
in yourselves let our Gifts
be Seen.

Protecting Gods Creations
by Building good
foundations blessing our
nations with future great
leaders waiting in
anticipation to see whether
the chosen one is worth the
patience so much can go
wrong in the state of haste
giving you a slap in the face
a fall from grace got you
left with a bad taste
realizing your life's gone to
waste its better rectifying
than repeating your
mistakes pick yourself up
coz no matter what they
say baby you got what it
takes to become as great
never losing faith keeping
composure to secure your
fate a place in the Hall of
Greats make no mistake...

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
