Let the Wolves Run
Let the wolves run,
the trees sing as they pass with diligence
Into the blackened forest only teeth reflect the moons light as
Paws of emotion claw the dirt,
mother earth crys as she is
Scarred by her children
eyes now shut
The crackle of dry twigs raises the ear
Of a far away deer in sight
The pack is hungry
They are on the move
Hungry for survival
They travel
In the midnight glow of time
You can feel the world spin
You can feel life
Black and grey fur rubs against green wildlife
Nature scratching evolutions itch
