Let Pain Speak

Sigh deeply or just cry Pluck pain’s deep roots inside, All expressions released Distress and our anguish Loosen dark evening's grip, Bitterness drops and flows A comfort before dawn.

Worth waiting up for the dawn sometimes and the bird chorus. Bitterness wants to keep biting, but the approaching morning is a comfort. J :)

Yes, if only we could pluck pain out like a weed, but alas sometimes we have to take time to deal with it. I enjoyed reading this one because it made me think about both physical and emotional pain and also how they can be intertwined. Thank you for sharing this one with us. Sara K
