Let Me Stay With You

I look up at the mountain,
it takes my breath away,
I hear the voices calling me,
but I don't want to die today.

   My body is so tired,
I feel so small and weak,
I try to form the words to shout,
but I can't even speak.

The end is near my faith is shaken,
the fear is starting to awaken,
I hear them calling,
yet I keep stalling,
and I start to pray anew,
they'll let me go to stay with you.
