Let Me Share My Thought With You

can I share with you today
A thought before it fades away

For in a thought there may be 
An answer a question or just something to see

If not shared its wisdom is lost 
Whisped away like the sun does the frost

Mixed in with all the other lost thoughts 
And scattered away never to be caught.

So listen and share this thought with me
And then I will listen to yours with glee

Then our thoughts will live on 
and be spread like the words of song

Bringing more smiles and more thoughts
To be spread just as they ought
