Let It Snow - Mistletoe

Sorry eyed and shallow still,
Wanting for that dreamy pill,
Gathering in the blissful plant.
Knowing this that she still can't
Take hold on it purpose sweet,
So she just gathers with sorrow feet.
No handsome balm to wet her lips,
Just fallen weeds where her foot slips.
That magic plant where a kiss is met,
Snow falling, endless net.
Looking back to see her home,
Wishing this year's joy will come.

Thanks Anne-Lise! I'm glad you liked it. I wrote it for a contest. It's supposed to describe a painting.
