Let It Go

The thing you have, .....ego,
That you have acquired a while ago,
In your success, your life's crescendo,
Fuelled by the thousands of cries of "Bravo!",
Mind you, if you still can't let this thing go,
I swear, my dear, I might not stop from being your foe!!
