Let It Be Known

I miss you, but don’t want to admit it because of what it might mean
Since you’ve come into my world, everything seems so serene
And I’m scared of saying or doing anything that might push you away
I’ll just sit quietly, so I can have you even if for just one more day

Can you see what I feel as you look into my eyes?
If I told you my true feelings, would it come as a surprise?
I want to hear from you all it is you feel
I want you to step to me and let me know what’s the deal

But how long should I wait for that to take place?
Tell me here, right now, face to face
I know you care; I see your feelings have grown
If you want me as yours, let it be known
