Let Go of Me

I promise I won’t cry anymore
I promise I will get out of bed and won’t hide anymore
I promise I will not let pride intervene my sorrow
I will know it’s okay to feel the pain
Just don’t let the days go
I promise I will say goodbye
If you will just let go of me

I promise rain or shine
I will be up early to greet the new horizon
I will be there to live my life
If you will just let go of me
