Let Go, Keep Moving

So much stress doing this on my own.
But it's chest out, chin up, Continue moving along.

No time for the pity parties once you're facing your fears.
Yet some nights my face is buried in a pillow full of tears.

I didn't ask for this, I mean none of us really do.
But the reality is we seen the signs, we just chose to ignore the truth.

Mommy's baby Daddy's maybe, or so the saying goes.
& yet we move on in stride not thinking twice, knowing they'll reap that which is sowed.

No need to try to "stick it to em' ya know, hit em where it hurts.

See the load is heavy indeed, but we can't focus on the pain.
The point of convergence should always be on what's ahead to gain.

A Lesson learned from the mistakes made, waking us up like alerts.

Gotta let it go, & keep moving.
Yeah it's a difficult task...

But we're not alone, the help is there.
We simply have to ask.

Pray the stress away, let is fall right off your shoulders.
He's waiting to take the pain, just simply hand it over.

& Keep Moving...
