Less Said

I had to choose a casket for Rosanna,
the only one who’d ever turned out true.
I didn’t like her loved-ones’ bossy manner,
refused to hear their tacky point-of-view.
The parlour clamoured ‘oak’ across its banner,
but all along I knew: it had to be yew.
