Leroy Was Clearly An Illusion
The mental illness team arrived at the same conclusion
I was clearly insane, Leroy was merely a delusion.
The young boy and I pensively stared at each other.
Me and my should-have-been-dead but much-alive brother.
Game—playing Leroy grinned at me with that all-knowing look.
I stuck out my tongue and motioned giving him my right hook.
Our mother and father were horrified, I could see that.
What do you want to do with her? Asked the expert fat cat.
Let’s keep her for a week an orderly said.
She clearly does not realize Leroy is dead.
Leroy laughed and flew away as a bird.
As always this scoundrel had the last word.
