Dementia.
It affects young and old and takes away the memories
They have made it can effect the young and old.
Be kind and supportive to all people you don't know
What problems they have.
Not All Disabilities are visible.

LEND A HAND?
You see I have been outside all night I'm cold
And can hardly stand.
I decided to go for a walk last night but forgot
My coat and phone.
I do not know how far I walked then I found
Myself alone.
Would you lend a hand and show me the
Way to go.
But before you help and lend a hand there is
Something you should know.
I use to have a full life filled with happiness and
Adventure.
But now I can't remember simple things
Because I have..... DEMENTIA....
