Be still my heart for soul knows well,
Faith journey starts as hope moves spell.
Seize then sure poise as love shows how,
Choice frames sure voice right here and now.
Dare to live brave with truth your friend,
Good cheer can save bold beauty grand.
Go on your way to seek and find,
Write thus each day clear peace of mind.
Watch how joy sums your precious play,
Transcend outcomes as finesse stays.
Love shapes all things as colours greet,
Fun knows fond flings beyond discrete.
Discern that cheer survives all fear,
Wise zest sparks clear true magic here.
