Left To Yearn

Longed for a great love Intimidated by the thought Prayed to heavens above Knowing It'd be for naught Craved for another's touch Thoughts overwhelmed so Still wanting it very much Fantasy she couldn't let go Dreamt two being together Held within a warm embrace Knowing there was no forever The memory she can't replace Beauty she'd gladly give away If felt It would come in return She realized none ever stay She'd then be left to yearn

I can feel the sadness and the longing in your words. Your heart speaks in this beautifully rhymed poem. I'm sure your wishes will come true very soon.
