Left

She Says farewell
He looks into her eyes
He does not see him anymore
Not so long ago
He was her whole world
Now those eyes are still & cold
They do not anymore hold
Pleasant surprises to unfold

The day was clear, Sun shinning bright
Amongst the crowd
He felt lonely, cold & dark inside
His hands searched his chest
Trying to hold his heart-from falling apart
His fingers felt
An empty boney cage
Not even a faintest beat left

He looked up, Sun shinning bright
Clear blue sky
Again his hand searched, his fingers felt
The empty boney cage
His heart stop beating
As she left
