Learning To Stand
Even before we learned to walk
We crawled upon our knees
It's funny how life repeats itself
In the lessons it decrees
And before our maiden journey
We had to learn to stand
And when we felt like we would fall
We'd cling to our parent's hand
We looked to them for guidance
In case we lost our way
The same is true of salvation
And when we learned to pray
Our knees again prepare us
And help us learn to stand
For the walk we have with Jesus
While clinging to His Hand
