Ready, get set now!
Positioning for today,
Leap with a light heart.
Flying to the sky,
The open heart singing tunes,
smiles with confidence
You can be more free
To be everthing you are,
Strong and soft and warm.
Capture this moment,
This voyage with your love,
Swaying to and fro.
Meeting the wonder
Of life's obstacles and strife.
You will find balance.
Trust in your river,
Respecting the surprises,
You can paddle out.
The strength is in you
Finding your voice,
It is on the way!
