Lean On Faith
Often times we find ourselves growing faint
whenever storms enter our lives,
And we have the attitude that we are not able to make it
nor are we even able to survive.
In God's waiting room we find ourselves waiting
though there are times our patience grows quite thin,
We feel that we must take matters in our own hands and just do something
because it seems the waiting will never end.
We find ourselves becoming discouraged and frustrated
at the least little situation that come our way,
We find ourselves becoming bogged-down and often aggreviated
it is then that we forget to lean on our faith.
When times are going well and the sun is shining bright and clear
it is then we can hold our head up high,
But it is during times of pain, heartache, and fear
that we just want to roll over and just die.
During times of struggle, doubt, and uncertainity
is when we should lean on our faith more than ever,
God will see to being erased all doubts, fears, and uncertainites
just as long we put our trust in Him always and forever.
