Leading Dummies
We’ve often heard the cliché,
Blind leading the blind.
We’re not learning about this scenario,
No, no, not this time.
We’re learning a new one,
The dumb leading the dumb.
If these people would listen to,
Or read the directions,
Not just sometimes,
Everything and all of the followers,
Would be fine.
Oh, but no we have leaders,
Who break all of the rules,
Is no good example who oversees,
Other dummies.
Leaders don’t be dummies ,
Set an example.
Please don’t be the statistical,
Representative sample.
Gain descent values,
Research all venues,
Throw out selections
From the same old menus.
Go out, make friends
Of all backgrounds,
Correct past mistakes,
And be good assistance to others.
Being a leader is not all about wealth.
Keep this advice in mind,
And everything will be fine.
Don’t settle matters later,
That could have been settled,
Earlier in a better fashion.
If you do right by others,
Things would happen for you,
as a successful leader.
Yes, better, much better,
Than you could ever imagine.
Leaders this is a serious matter:
Nothing funny.
Take heed so you won’t be,
A leading dummy.
