Leadership By Michelle Morris 15/02/2023 Leadership is not about power It is not about control It is about service Being able to guide the whole Leadership is discretion It is how we help and support It is not in abuse or tyrants Where cowards play for sport Leadership is doing what is right Showing integrity in decisions It is how we lead by example In our every day life and mission Leadership is about peace Giving it in good measure For all stakeholders require this In all our metrics and measures Leadership is about trust The faith and hope we all have Knowing we're on the side of good In every single choice and plan Leadership is about love The kindness and empathy to all For everyone deserves our respect For everyone deserves our honour Leadership is possible For each person in the world For we each have a role to play In doing our best with grace and mercy © Michelle Morris, 2023
