Lead Me Lord
Lead me dear Lord to your holy heart;
the fountain where love pours out.
Reign and rule in my hurting heart;
rid me of my dross, dirts and doubt.
Lead me dear Lord to the rugged cross
where you laid your precious life down.
Rid me of my luggage of lies and loss,
make me worthy of your golden crown.
Lead me dear Lord, save my sinking soul.
Cleanse me with the blood and tears
You shed to make me pure and whole;
rescue me from the fist of frailty and fear.
Lead me dear Lord out of life's prison
where sin, self and Satan reign supreme.
Quicken me in life's sour season;
Jesus, the mighty to save and redeem.
Lead me dear Lord to your eternal home;
the mansion of endless peace and grace.
Guide me while on earth I roam,
keep me till I see you face to face.
