Laughing With a Lifelong Friend
Out conversations are notorious.
Our loud laughter is uproarious.
Our explosions of mirth are furious.
Other diners smile. Some look curious.
This what it is like with a childhood friend.
Pure happiness does not readily end.
When we are together, all dour descends.
We are flexible and find, as lovely knee bends.
