Late Night Thoughts

I was born a happy boy
My Mother's tit was my first toy
It was great to suck and feel joy
My time I heartily did enjoy.

Seasons passed
 My childhood had passed
 I stepped into other addictions
 Those that brought confusions
 I lost my innocence
 Society said it was adolescence.

I became a man
 I met someone
 It was called love
But a heart is all I have
 They said it hurts
 And break hearts.

A time shall come
Things will never be the same
I'll have others to owe my living
To give them their own life before leaving
To the world of those who came before us.
