Last Days Madness

Another prophet predicts the end
Flocks seek those who portend
Fear, terror, deep sadness
Results of Last Days Madness

For two Millennium the fearful cry
Of Anti-Christs leading awry
The profiteers write their books
Fleecing the godly as skilled crooks

Many believe the message they give
Painting a world where no one can live
With a smile they say, “You are in.”
With excitement they explain, “God wins.”

In fear future food piles grow
Guns, ammo, escape plans flow
“We should be prepared”, they say
“Keep shooting those pigeons of clay.”

Others hope for the great rapture
Those who disagree want to avoid capture
The anti-god people out in force
Satan attempting to change God’s course

Many forget the Sovereign Lord
Many cling to this fallen world
Some will deny they are afraid
Some have lost from decisions made

Grow his kingdom, Trust the Lord
Share the Word, Sing in one accord
The Gospel is the guiding light
It’s the message that darkness fights

The gates of Hell shall not survive
Against a living Church that thrives
