Last a While

In this moment, I fade into,
An infant sense of time,
Man and earth all disappear,
Can’t define a me from you,

We’ve travelled so long, so far,
To reach this place that we find,
What’s been left away to hide,
What’s inside becomes alive,

A lonely clock stands still to smile,
Watching friends fly on by,
Hands held up in serenity,
Letting seconds last a while.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
