Lanterne- Death Quaternion

An
empty
widow's bench-
sorrow fills its
place

Tall
nettles-
the Dutch hoe
rusting in the
shed

There
he sits
sorrowing-
weeping over
life

His
window 
on the world-
her epitaph
read

a lanterne is a half 
American cinquain
