Ladder

"The meadow awaits and the ladder beckons. The rugged leads to the flowery" Quote_ by Poet It beckons on me, I go up, Oblivious of what I'd see, The unseen hides along time's corridor. With each step I take, I plunge into my shadow, I don’t view from outside my window, I'm what my hands make. The higher I climb, The unknown unfolds, I'm faced with opposing clime, I'm held by hope. I see meadow miles ahead, This awakes me from my despondent bed, I climb through my turmoil, Parting the darkness.
