It hurts me to let you go just like that
My quick wit became fooled easily, no lies
Rejoicing in my silence like a sneaky cat
My dumb, numb cranium was once wise
All of the people in my head
Had fled and went to bed
Deep down inside, I truly bled
Red, red, red, red instead…
In the afternoon,
I’ll see you soon
I’m somewhat scared
I’m so unprepared
Late at night is what I dread
Deep down inside, I truly bled
Blue, blue, blue
Is this the end? Who knew
I’d feel this rue
You’re no longer in my crew
You’re my cure to my everything, everything
Oh Lord of accord, I owe you love the way I live my life
I’d do anything to be next to You, yes, anything
Oh Lord of Accord, I bow down to you despite the strife
All of the people in my head
