Knotty Totty Rottsy Day

Crone arrived masked as crescent moon.
We knew her by her star cape and her attitude.
I was wearing a warring pirate ship as a skirt.
The day was ripe for all kinds of shenanigans.

A trumpeter arrived to announce the next eclipse.
It’s one of those knottsy-tottsy-rottsy days.
I put on my star gazing hat, and tried to look average.
Difficult for someone as creative as me.

I can't say this in my circles, but 'Hotsy-totsy, I'm a ROTC-Nazi' comes to mind. (The college I attended stupidly kicked ROTC off of campus in 1969). ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) was a great way to populate the leadership rans of the military with disciplined, motivated officers AND to guarantee a quality education to lower-middle class white kids. (Of course that's a sin these days). ~ Mr. WPS (White Privilege Supremacist, of course)

My husband was in ROTC weirdly enough.
