Notes About The Poem

Keep, Knock, Knotty Contest Sponsored by Constance La France 10/30/23

Sadly based on real event which happened  earlier this year to a guy we know. I understand he is slowly making a recovery but his life will never be the same again.

 

 

 

Knock

"Water taken in moderation cannot hurt anybody" Mark Twain

too much alcohol
ends up in a drunken brawl
one man falls to floor

it was just one punch
wasn't meant to knock him out
ambulance is called

he's on life support
life will never be the same
severe brain damage
