Kittycat

Sometimes I sit and wonder why
I can move how I like but cannot fly
I watch things in the air go by
But still I sit and wonder why

I don’t bark; I’m not a dog
I don’t croak; I’m not a frog
But snore? I sleep like a log
It’s preferable to a healthy jog

Sometimes I think that maybe that
When I listen to all the chittychat
The reason I can’t fly? I’m fat!!
A pampered, well loved kitty cat.
