Kiss Me One More Time
Early spring morning,
Mourning dove cheery cooing.
Nesting birds departing,
Robins gather.
Joyful laughter
Outside children play.
Dog went on his own way.
Silly grandpa, twirls, it makes him fall on one knee;
Grandma laughs, choking and spitting herbal tea.
With a wink and a grin, in hand a bottle of gin.
Unbalance towards grandma Emalyn,
With a kiss on the chin.
Go on kiss me, kiss me one more time.
It has been sometime.
