Kiss Me

Kiss me baby,
You don’t have to miss me,
Just kiss me,
Let the world be right for a little while,
Let me kiss you,
Please I miss you.

The world feels so dark,
We feel so right,
What more could we hope for?

Everything else is so far away,
Yet, you are but arms reach away,
Please,
Just kiss me.
Don’t you miss me?

Can’t you hear me cry?
What are you waiting for?
Baby, I cannot take this anymore,
Sure, I’m dirt-floor poor,
But I thought none of that mattered anymore?

I’ve already sold my soul to please you,
What else can I give to keep you?
You want to leave?
I will forever miss you.

As for me,
If you ever loved me,
Please,
Kiss me.
