Magnificent senryu in honor of one of our most inspirational leaders, Marty. His "day" Monday was celebrated widely throughout the country and I was moved by the many remembrances. You've captured his dream, my friend. Been out of town and am now trying to catch up. Thanks so much for your support. Love, Carolyn

Great poem, Marty. You have used all nouns here. If you haven't visited Brian Strand's "Noun Haiku" contest, you should. The syllable count is 5-7-5 Like this poem. I think it would qualify as a great entry. Sincerely, Dane Ann
