King of Snakes

The time long ago three rivers make borders
But the borders
Shrink because of tsar’s orders
From west armies also cross those borders

King of Snakes, empire tries to recreate
But different is its fate
One time empire is regained but its enemies just wait
Teutonic knights are defeated but that increases the hate

In later time whole country is lost
It is regained again but at what cost
Lives and resources are lost
Silent cross only witness to noble spirit that fought the holocaust

But pain given creates someone who no longer feels pain
And the dragon will live again
All the poison dripping down the wound will prove in vane
The wound will heal the paradoxes will cease and soul we will regain
