Kindred Spirit
What is a Kindred Spirit
I asked myself one day.
So I went and did some research
This is what it had to say.
When two people so compatible
That two minds think as one
They both share common interests
And bonding won’t be undone.
They’re compassionate and easy
Their connection’s warm and caring
They know each others mistakes and faults
But they still go right on sharing.
Their closeness allows an inner peace
There’s respect for one another
It can be a friend or neighbor
Or a sister or a brother.
The relationship is special
There’s nothing that comes near it
So lets all hope that in our lives
We’ll have a Kindred Spirit.
