Kindling Tender

Bright faces shining as the sun it is good
in light of the cold we awaite the hour
grave dark blackness as in the past withstood
the truth and the way but love is a fire
consuming the night for it will transpire
works by faith awaken from death to life
poor widow's candle to salvation's wife
like the hebrew three blown and furnaced
and Isacc bound under Abraham's knife
sacrifice the Lamb of God furnished
