Kind Melancholy
As I sang from the voices of silence;
Alone I was I knew in inanimate audience:
Talking with that constant hum in my ears:
Telling me not to berate my minds emotions,
As the voices tell me in discreet towonder;
In solitude, in hush, in reverie without asunder,
And to allow me in such state loose all my mild;
In exposing everything cruelty to humankind.
