She has breast cancer, malignant tumor
                 Time passes, a waiting game
                 Routine mammography


                       A filter of frustration and sadness
                       Death can not be overcome
                       Grief is the price of love


                 The moment of freedom, the mask falls off
                 Show yourself as a true friend
                 "We'll do this together"

Faraz Ajmal July 31, 2018 at 4:38 PM This is a really sad and beautiful poem, we all have to die one day, death is inevitable but I do hope that when that time comes, it comes like a friend rather than enemy, if it pains, the pain should only be of seconds or minute, but cancer, O God, it kills you everyday, you know you are going to die, especially when it comes to chemo,you just wait there for death to come and bear the pain, your last stanza was really beautiful I see that it is for a contest, so I wish you best of luck in it, Anne-Lise Andresen August 20, 2018 at 12:36 AM - Many thanks for your visit and your comment, Faraz :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)
