Kids Baking

Pans clank together
flour flies everywhere.
Children's laughter fills the air.
Taste here and there.
Pouring ingredients into bowls
spilling most on the floor.
Making memories for all to treasure.
Thats what kids remember
when baking with momma.

My Mom used to bake a lot and my sons were fascinated watching her .. I don't have that gift to be adept in the kitchen especially baking but this is a delightful poem cory.. great visual..

What a way to start my week, reading the words that are flowing from your soul. May you find the inspiration each day to continue writing and sharing your wonderful poetry with us Cory. Love, Carol
