Keys' Sunrise

Keys Sunrise She rises from the water drenched in rosy glow, trailing feet kick wavelets on the mirrored dawn below. Into her fiery breast inhaling the remnant mists of night, warming breaths exhaling- the cotton clouds ignite. She paints the faint horizon with God’s morning mercies, new, kissing a garland round the world in pearl and opal hues. Copyright January 17, 2022
