Key of Hearts
Like flowers that fall
as a bouquet unravels…
Our memories take shape
along pathways we travel.
Two hearts will lean on
each other perhaps…
Together forever -
alone they’ll collapse.
Our time in the sun
didn’t happen by chance.
A moment with you
is a moment enhanced…
All that’s required
to keep us inspired,
and allow these two
hearts to be free…
Is a kiss, an embrace,
the smile on your face,
and knowing we both
hold the key…
