Keep Up

Can you keep up with me?
Not that I’m growing;
But I’m learning each day
And growing my knowing.

Can you keep up with me?
Not that I’m faster;
But with instruction,
Soon I’ll be a master.

Can you keep up with me?
Not ‘cause of good looks;
But I study real hard
With my nose in the books.

Keep up with me
It’s easy to do.
If you do as I do,
Then you’ll do as well too.
